Cleansing the body in this modern toxin-saturated world requires much support to be done safely and effectively. You will be surprised how, with our program, you will not feel hungry, and after the first 3 days, you will be so full of energy that you will be delighted you can do things you haven’t done for years.
Unwanted weight will start shifting noticeably around the 7th day for women and more immediately for men and it’s common for men to lose a kilo a day around the mid-centre. You will be guided by Catherine, a certified HCF detox specialist with over 15
years experience in the field of fasting and detox. She has worked as a wellness
Director of the Sanctuary and Orion in Thailand, and Ubud Sari in Bali. Her
journey with fasting spontaneously happened at 23 when she dry fasted for six
weeks in Hawaii on a remote beach, and a few years later water fasted for almost
a month in the jungles of Mexico.
Having experienced the Lightness of Being that comes from fasting, Catherine is passionate about sharing this experience with others, when we reset our digestive systems, we can assimilate not only our food but more importantly – our Life.
